Please inform us of all cancellations IMMEDIATELY. The following conditions will NORMALLY apply but take note that such conditions will be subject to the hotel/resort's prevailing policies applicable at different times of the year.

Regular Season (June, July, August, September and October)

Cancellation notifications received not less than 21 banking days prior to the check-in date will NORMALLY be entitled to a full refund less the cost 30 banking days after the cancellation notice was given. However, exceptions would apply depending on the different prevailing policies implemented by hotels/resorts applicable at different times of the year. Cancellation notifications received within 8-20 banking days prior to the check-in date will NORMALLY be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to a (1) one-night stay (on a per person basis) the remaining amount will be refunded 15 days after notification of cancellation less the cost . However, exceptions would apply depending on the different prevailing policies implemented by hotels/resorts applicable at different times of the year. If notification of cancellation is received less than 3 banking days prior to check-in date one night room rate shall be charge or 50% of the entire booking amount. Cancellation charge will be subject to the existing policies implemented by hotels/resorts. The remaining amount will be refunded less the cost 15 banking days after notification of cancellation has been given. If notification of cancellation is received 1 banking day prior to check-in date 100% of the total booking amount shall be charged.
